About the Energy Forward Alliance

The Energy Forward Alliance comprises San Antonio businesses and thought leaders, created to synthesize concerns and challenges faced by large energy customers within San Antonio serviced by CPS Energy today and into the foreseeable future.

Our Mission

In support of San Antonio’s growing data center industry, which is having a major impact on the city's economic development, the Energy Forward Alliance will continue to play a key role in ensuring infrastructure, planning, and policy evolve to keep pace with this transformative growth.

Through unification of like-minded large energy customers, the Alliance seeks consensus among members around critical energy issues facing San Antonio and serves as a unified voice in elevating the conversation among key energy stakeholders, such as CPS Energy’s Community Input Committee, City Council/Bexar County Commissioners, key business and economic development organizations, and the community.
